Here's the schedule for the daily, weekly and monthly tournaments. All times are UTC:
- Daily: 20:00 each day
- Weekly: Saturday at 20:00
- Monthly: the first of the month at 20:00
Use ::tournament to open the panel and sign up. ::tournament next shows your next bout time, and ::tournament travel takes you to the venue. The next edition opens for entries when the previous one finishes.
Before you enter
The current build is DH Main. The arena supplies the kit at the start of the match and locks equipment changes during the bout. You don't need to bring a tournament loadout. The room drops no items on death and returns you to the waiting court on full health afterwards.
Seeds follow signup order. Earlier entries get the higher seeds, including priority for byes. The draw keeps the top two seeds apart until the final if both make it through.
Please check the time for each round. The first round starts with the edition, but later rounds follow a schedule. In the daily, that's the next :00 or :30: finishing at 20:04 means your next round is at 20:30.
If you're offline when called, you forfeit. If both fighters are offline, the better seed advances. Someone who's present but temporarily unable to fight gets one minute of grace.
Bouts have a five-minute limit. If time runs out, whoever has more HP wins. Equal HP gives the win to the better seed. I'd rather you know that rule before a close bout reaches the cap.
The monthly table
Each bout win adds one season point. Winning a daily edition adds 10, a weekly adds 25 and a monthly adds 60. Walkovers count too, so being there for your round matters. The table closes at the end of the calendar month and keeps the champion in its history.
That's the main thing to remember after signing up: stay online and check ::tournament next for when you're due back.
